The CEC website showing 14 district after processing 100% continues to change the data.

Thus, in the morning after processing 100% Batkivschyna candidate Ivan Melnychuk received 33.41% and his independent opponent Viktor Zherebnyuk - 33.21%. The difference was 194 votes.

However, as of 1:43 p.m. the victory was given to Zherebnyuk with 33.32% and Melnychuk received 33.24%.

At 1:01 p.m. the CEC site decreased the difference between the candidates despite 100% processed protocols.

Last update is marked 12:40 a.m.

Now according to the new data Melnychuk received 33.34% and Zherebnyuk 33.27%. The gap between the opponents is only 72 votes.

Previously, a similar thing happened in Mykolayiv oblast. After 100% vote count the winner changed. First the victory went to opposition representative Kornatskyy but later with the same 100% it went to Travyanko.
