Viktor Yanukovych was not in a hurry to get to work today. He was driving from Mezhyhiria at 10.20.

Because of the travelling of the head of state the traffic on the surrounding streets was paralyzed. And this is how the exit to Naberezhna Rybalska looked like, reports Censor.NET.
