The terrorists are shelling Luhansk with artillery systems. They are firing at the residential quaters of the city.

ATO press service reports about it on its Facebook page, Censor.NET informs.

"At the moment the terrorists are shelling the residential areas near the railway and bus stations in Luhansk. The ATO forces are taking urgent steps to neutralize the treacherous actions of the militants and eliminate them," the statement says.

However, due to regular shelling the suburban villages of Luhansk are left without electricity, water supply and gas.
