The Ukrainian flag has been raised over Stanytsia-Luhanska District State Administration.

This is stated by journalist Anastasia Stanko on her Twitter account, Censor.NET reports.

"Stanytsia-Luhanska. Until recently it was the stronghold of the Don Cossacks," she noted.
