Russian citizens who were transporting the car full of weapon and ammunition was detained by the soldiers of the National Guard near the town of Debaltseve.

This was reported by Censor.NET, referring to National Guard press-service.

Suspects were arrested yesterday at 9.30PM near the town of Debaltseve in the Donetsk region.Driver ignored the National Guard soldier requirement to stop the car. As a result, soldiers have opened fire. Consequently, the smugglers' ammunition detonated and their car caught fire.

The driver and two passengers jumped out of the car and were immediately detained. It is turned out that they are Russian citizens and had Donetsk People's Republic IDs with them.

Separatist were transferred to the competent authorities to carry out further investigation.
