Rustam Tukumbetov, a Russian regular serviceman with the experience of service in several Airborne Forces detachments, is currently in the next "mission trip to Ukraine" as part of the combined battalion task force consisting of the 106th Airborne Division and the 4th Armored Division of the Russian Federation Armed Forces.
Blogger-investigator Irakli Komaxidze writes for InformNapalm, Censor.NET reports.
"Judging by the photos from Tukumbetov's profile (https://vk.com/id35198119), his first "Ukrainian mission trip" began in the spring of 2014, then it was "hot summer" in the Donbas, where he is posing near the burned car being dressed not according to the Russian Army regulations.
The battered paratroopers of the 106th Airborne Division were returned to the permanent place of deployment for roundout after the active phase of hostilities in summer but they re-appeared at the Ukrainian border Dec. 2014," Komakhidze wrote.
"Rustam's wife Elena Tukumbetova-Izrisova (https://vk.com/id94308244) teaches Physics in Ryazan College of Electronics," the blogger writes.
