A shooting took place in the center of Kyiv around 1 p.m. today, March 26.

According to TSN, three attackers in a Toyota Avalon with fake license plate were pursuing a man in a Volkswagen, Censor.NET reports.

The criminals opened fire on the man and wounded him. He is being treated in an ambulance on Hrushevskoho street.

Policemen managed to catch and detain the three perpetrators.

A police officer was injured during the detention. He was hit by a car.

Eye-witnesses report that the shooting started near Bessarabskyi market, and the pursuit ended on Horodetskoho street.
