Russians fight in Donbas to pay off their loans. DOCUMENT

Russian court registries get more and more disputes between banks and bad borrowers who do not pay their loans and leave for the Donbas.

One of these lawsuits has been recently heard by Leninsky district court of Chelyabinsk, Russia, Censor.NET reports citing Glavkom.

The case is prosaic: the bank is trying to find a client who owes a large amount. It was not easy to find the man - his son stated in court that his father went to fight in the Donbas. According to the logic of the defendant, this information should be grounds for postponement of payment.

As long as the son could not prove that his father went to east of Ukraine to fight for the "Russian World,"the complaint of Chelindbank has been granted. The judge ruled to collect the debt and the mortgaged Toyota car.
