"Enemy shelling of Kramatorsk. There are wounded," he wrote.
According to Honcharenko, all relevant services are working on the ground.
Social networks report that there are people under the rubble of the destroyed building.

Later, Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, wrote: "At least two dead and seven wounded - these are the consequences of the shelling of Kramatorsk, recorded at this moment.
Two hours ago, Russian occupants hit a residential building located in the city center with a rocket and completely destroyed it.
Rescuers, law enforcement and public utilities are working at the scene to dismantle the rubble of the destroyed building. It is possible that there may be people under the rubble.
