On the night of March 17, 2023, the occupiers using kamikaze drones attacked a critical infrastructure facility in the city of Novomoskovsk in the Dnipropetrovsk region. A fire broke out as a result of an enemy attack.
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press center of the Prosecutor General's Office.
As noted, the blast wave damaged country houses located nearby.
Under the procedural leadership of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was started in criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
"Primary measures are being taken to record the crime committed by the army of the aggressor country. Employees of the State Emergency Service and law enforcement officers of the region are working at the scene of the events," the message says.
