On 25 April, at around 9:15 a.m., the Russian military launched a missile attack on the centre of Kupiansk. Previously, the occupiers fired two S-300 missiles at the city.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv region.

"The occupiers fired two S-300 missiles at the city. The building of the local museum was completely destroyed. According to preliminary data, one woman was killed. There are still civilians under the rubble," the statement said.
