On July 4, 2023, around 6:00 a.m., the armed forces of the Russian Federation shelled the city of Kherson.
This was reported in the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Censor.NET informs.
"Two townspeople, a man and a woman, received life-threatening injuries. The data on the victims is being clarified. Residential buildings were damaged," the report says.
