In Nizhny Novgorod, military uniforms were given to first-graders until September 1
In the Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod, first-graders were given military uniforms to participate in events on 1 September.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to ASTRA.
At school No. 172 in Nizhny Novgorod, future first-graders were given military uniforms for the 1 September line-up.
"They gave out military uniforms (for everyone, even girls) that are a hundred sizes too big, and they are forcing them to wear them to the line-up on 1 September. Instead of bows and festive school uniforms..." one of the parents told a local publication.
Later, the parents managed to refuse to hold the line in this format.
