Participants of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) in the Donbas will be awarded a special "ATO fighter" badge.

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko on his Facebook page.

"The award of the Chief of General Staff - Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will go to fighters who defended Ukraine's independence and freedom with arms in their hands," Muzhenko wrote.
