NABU and the SBU are conducting searches of the mayor of Mukachevo, Andriy Baloga.

As Censor.NET informs, the spokeswoman of the SBU in Zakarpattia Oblast, Wanda Milio, informed Suspilne about this. More detailed information, she promised, would be commented on later.

Journalist Vitaly Glagola wrote in his Telegram channel that the searches are being conducted due to an alleged corruption scheme for the sale of the Avangard stadium.

"According to the information of my sources in NABU, the amount of losses from the sale of the stadium and almost 3 hectares of land is almost 100,000,000 hryvnias. It is by this amount that the value of the object was underestimated," Glagola said.
