Consequences of shelling of Mykhailivka in Kherson region: Houses were damaged, woman was injured. PHOTOS

On the morning of October 11, the occupiers attacked the village of Mykhailivka, Beryslav district, Kherson region. The Prosecutor General’s Office recorded the consequences of the shelling.

This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press service of the PGO.

The Prosecutor General's Office clarified that the occupiers shelled Mykhailivka with artillery around 8:40 a.m. Residential buildings and farm buildings were also damaged.

A 76-year-old woman was injured. She has shrapnel wounds to her chest and lower leg.

Currently, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

"Prosecutors, in cooperation with police investigators, are taking all measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the armed forces of the aggressor state," the department added.
