Consequences of enemy attack on Chornobaivka. PHOTOS
On 12 October 2023, at about 12:05, the Russian military shelled the Chornobaivka community once again. A 71-year-old local resident was killed.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press centre of the Prosecutor General's Office.
Also, as noted, at 12:20, the enemy attacked Beryslav district with artillery. A man sustained blast trauma and shrapnel wounds. He received medical assistance on the spot.
Private houses and outbuildings were damaged.
Prosecutors in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies are taking measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the armed forces of the aggressor state.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kherson Region Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in criminal proceedings on violation of the laws and customs of war.
