Warehouse in Kyiv caught fire, – State Emergency Service. PHOTOS

The State Emergency Service call-center received information about a fire at a warehouse on 4 Krasnoznamenna St. in Holosiivskyi district in Kyiv today at 7.19 p.m.

Censor.NET reports citing the press center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Total area of the warehouse exceeds 3,500 square meters. The fire started in a toys warehouse and covered about 1,500 square meters.

"The fire has been assigned a high level of severity. 19 units of equipment and 68 firefighters are employed at the site... The fire was isolated at 9.20 p.m. The extinguishing of fire is underway," the agency reported.
