"As a result of enemy shelling of the Volchansk city, two local residents were wounded - men 74 and 69 years old. They received mine-blast and shrapnel injuries. Doctors are providing the victims with the necessary assistance. The shelling caused a large-scale fire in a private yard. As of now, rescuers have already extinguished the fire," the message said.
