On November 8, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Russian military carried out a massive shelling of the Iziumske village of the Borivske village territorial community. The occupiers struck with artillery and KAB. A 48-year-old civilian man was killed. A number of private households, outbuildings and cars were damaged.

Yesterday, at about 9:20 p.m., the enemy shelled the Kupiansk city with artillery: a garage and a car were on fire.
