This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press centre of the Prosecutor General's Office.

As noted, one shell of the occupiers hit a private house, the 69-year-old owner was killed. Houses and vehicles were also damaged.

Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the shelling. The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the SSU Office in Sumy region.

Under the procedural supervision of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
