Russian occupation forces fired twice at Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press service of the Kharkiv Prosecutor's Office.
Around 13:00 and 13:30, the Russians attacked the city.
"Private houses, gas and water pipes were damaged. The enemy attacked the city with artillery," the statement said.
