Developers from SkyLab UA have created the Shoolika mk6 strategic strike drone. The drone can deliver precision strikes and is particularly effective in night operations.
This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, Censor.NET reports.
Advantages of the drone
The range of the UAV is up to 10 km, and the drone can carry a load of up to 6 kg.
The Shoolika mk6 has a high-precision control system and is resistant to electronic warfare.
Fedorov said that the Defence Forces have already tested the Shoolika mk6 and noted that the drone is important for tactical operations, especially at night.
Improvements to the drone are planned
The drone has already been approved for operation and is in the process of obtaining NATO codification.
Plans are underway to improve the artificial intelligence system for autonomous missions and cameras to better search for targets and change course to adjust air strikes, the Minister added.
