The enemy shelled civilian and port infrastructure in the Odesa region. Under the procedural guidance of the Odesa Regional and Izmail District Prosecutor’s Offices, pre-trial investigations into criminal proceedings on violations of the laws and customs of war have been launched.

According to the investigation, on 10 February, at night, the Russian armed forces carried out a massive drone attack on civilian and port infrastructure in Odesa and Podunavia.
A technical building of the port infrastructure was damaged in Odesa, and an employee of the company was injured.
Three truck drivers were injured in the attack on the Danube port infrastructure. They were taken to hospital with injuries of varying severity.
"The enemy also hit the civilian infrastructure of Izmail. The technical premises of industrial and service facilities were damaged, the road surface, trucks and cars were damaged, windows were smashed in several residential buildings, facades and roofs were damaged," the statement said.
The inspection is ongoing, and a full list of destruction and damage is being established.
Prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian armed forces.
