"A National Police receiving point has been opened in Kramatorsk. The recruiting procedure will last from Sept. 26 till Oct.19. The forms can be filled out on a daily basis from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m. at Kramatorsk Palace of Culture and Technology of the Novokramatorsk machine factory (1 Lenina Square). One can also fill the form on the official website of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry," Nayyem wrote.
