No violations were found in actions of head of NSSMC office Yanchuk, who went with his family on fictitious "business trip" to Finland on New Year’s Eve
The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), after analysing the situation with the fictitious business trip of the head of the NSSMC Office, Mykhailo Yanchuk, to a conferences in Finland for the winter holidays, "found no signs of violation of labour discipline" in his actions.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the chairman of the commission, Ruslan Magomedov, in response to a request from "Ekonomichna Pravda".
As a reminder, on 17 January, "Ukrainska Pravda" reported that Yanchuk and his family were on a business trip to non-existent conferences in Helsinki, Finland, from 1 January to 8 January 2025.
This information was confirmed by Yanchuk himself. In his business trip report, he noted that upon arrival in Helsinki, he was unable to contact the organisers of international conferences and, accordingly, to participate in the events to which he was sent.
On 5 February, Magomedov ordered to verify the information contained in the "Ukrainska Pravda" article within 30 days and prepare a report based on its results.
In response to the EP's request, the Commission's chairman said that the NSSMC had not conducted any official checks on Yanchuk's business trip.
"In this regard, it is impossible to provide a copy of the order to conduct the said official inspection, information about the employees who made up the working group that conducted the inspection, a copy of the inspection report, documents used to write the report, and information about the decisions made on the results of the relevant inspection," the response reads.
Earlier, Censor.NET reported that the head of the NSSMC office, Yanchuk, went on a "business trip" to Finland with his family on New Year's Eve at the expense of Yermak's business partner.
