On 20 March, the Nikopol and Synelnykove districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region came under Russian shelling, resulting in one death and one injury.
This was announced by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military District Administration Serhii Lysak, Censor.NET reports.
Shelling of Nikopol district
It is noted that the enemy attacked Nikopol district with UAVs and artillery. Nikopol and the Marhanets community suffered.
"A 73-year-old man was killed. Our sincere condolences to the family," the statement said.
A 68-year-old woman was also injured in the Russian attack. She will be treated as an outpatient.
The shelling damaged a private house and a garage.
Attack on the Synelnykove district
Synelnykove district was also under enemy attack. The occupiers hit the Mezhova community with drones. An agricultural enterprise, a private house, and an outbuilding were damaged.
The Russians hit the Novopavlivka community with a GAB. 3 private houses were partially destroyed, 8 more were damaged. A car and a motorbike were damaged.
