On the morning of 23 March 2025, Russian troops once again attacked Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, with attack UAVs.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov on his Telegram channel, Censor.NET reports.
"This morning, an enemy Molniya drone hit a tree near the private home of a 59-year-old local resident. Fortunately, there were no casualties or damage," the statement said.
"Residents of Kharkiv region, be as cautious as possible. If you find any suspicious object, do not touch it, move to a safe distance and call the State Emergency Service or inform the National Police," the head of the region emphasises.
