Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived to the Elysee Palace in Paris to meet with his French counterpart Francois Hollande.

This is reported by Censor.NET citing Gazeta.Ru.

It is reported the presidents are planning to discuss the situation in Syria and Ukraine.

After the meeting, Putin will proceed to seeing German Chancellor Angela Merkel, after which the summit in the "Normandy Four" format starts.

As reported, the meeting of the "Normandy Four" leaders -- Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande, and Russian President Putin -- will take place in Paris today, Oct. 2.
