President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has entered into negotiations with U.S. Vice President Joe Biden.

Censor.NET reports citing the statement by president's spokesperson Sviatoslav Tseholko.

He wrote: "The negotiations with Vice President Biden are underway."

The presidential Twitter was also updated later:
