Ukrainian Hovorov becomes European champion in swimming. PHOTOS

Ukrainian swimmer Andrii Hovorov won the gold in the London-hosted European Aquatics Championships after coming first in the final 50-meter butterfly.

Censor.NET reports citing National Olympic Committee's Facebook.

"Andrii Hovorov is the European champion in water sports! In the 50-meter butterfly, the Ukrainian showed the best result - 22.92," the post reads.

Hovorov has become a four-time European champion after this victory.
