SBU found arms cache near Kharkiv. PHOTOS
The SBU and National police officers have found a cache with a large number of weapons and ammunition in the forest belt near Kharkiv ring road.
Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the SBU.Law enforcers have seized five RPG-26 grenade launchers, 44 F-1, RGO and RGD-5 grenades with fuses, three grenades for rifle-attached grenade launcher, eleven rounds for Kalashnikov rifles and machine guns, and about 4,000 of ammo of various calibers from the cache near the village of Mala Rohan.
According to preliminary information, the arsenal was delivered to Ukraine from Russia to arm subversive groups supposed to organize a terrorist attack in order to destabilize the situation in the region. Employees of special services are trying to establish organizers of the delivery of ammunition and construction of the cache.
Criminal proceeding has been opened under Article 263 (part 1) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
