As reported by Censor.NET parliamentary correspondent, Kerry's motorcade entered the territory of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman and U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland are also in the parliament.
Hroisman's spokesperson Dmytro Stoliarchuk wrote on Twitter that the meeting of the prime minister and the U.S. Secretary of State had already started.
Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andrii Parubii also takes part in the meeting, as evidenced by the statement on his Twitter.
