Huge national flag fluttered over Black Sea. VIDEO+PHOTOS

To mark Ukraine’s National Flag Day, border guards from the Odesa Detachment raised the blue-and-yellow flag over the Black Sea.

The largest Ukrainian flag over the Odesa region

As noted, the flag, measuring 12 by 6 metres, was unfurled over the Black Sea waters. This is the largest Ukrainian flag ever raised by a UAV over the Odesa region.

"Happy National Flag Day, Ukrainians! May it fly over all the towns and villages of our strong, free and independent Ukraine. Happy holiday! With faith in Victory!" reads the State Border Guard Service’s statement.
