Drunken ex-official Pylypchuk caused accident in Kyiv. PHOTOS+VIDEO
On Aug. 21, an accident involving two cars occurred in Kyiv. One of the vehicles was driven by Ivan Pylypchuk, who held the position of adviser to head of the State Land Agency of Ukraine during the presidency of Viktor Yanukovych.
As Censor.NET reports citing Еspreso, the accident happened on Druzhby Narodiv Avenue. The driver of the Mercedes cabrio vehicle was traveling at high speed from the Paton bridge and rode to meridian strip where he hit a Toyota Corolla car.As a result, four Toyota passengers were hospitalized with injuries. Two Mercedes passengers have also suffered. The driver wore a seat belt and, therefore, suffered minor injuries.
According to the witnesses, the driver of the cabrio showed signs of alcohol intoxication. He refused to take a test to determine the blood alcohol level, which was recorded in the report.
