On Sept. 6, representatives of OSCE member states and partner countries visited the tactical aviation brigade in Myrhorod, the Poltava region. The invitation to visit the air base was issued in pursuance of Ukraine's international obligations under the Vienna Document 2011 on confidence- and security-building measures.

More than 50 representatives from 30 OSCE member states and 20 members of the Kyiv Association of Military Attaches, including the representatives of China, Japan, Bangladesh, Pakistan and the Republic of Korea familiarized themselves with the brigade's air base, military equipment and living conditions of aviators. The OSCE representatives were also able to watch the scheduled L-39 and Su-27 flights.
