At least one person died in house collapse in Odesa. PHOTOS

A native of Shyriaieve village, 1995-born man died due to collapse of a house on 80 Henerala Tsvetaieva Street in Odesa’s Moldavanka neighborhood at about 4:30 p.m. today.

Censor.NET reports referring to Dumskaia news outlet.

The house was built in 1817 and considered dangerous, but people were still living in it. The wall of the house partially collapsed and the wreckage fell on the roof of the residential apartment #7 located in the nearby outbuilding.

A man born in 1995, who was in the apartment during the collapse, succumbed to his injuries. The rescuers are currently clearing the debris as more people may still be underneath the rubble.
