Anashchenko was killed this morning as the car bomb exploded.

According to the militants' sources, the head of the ''LPR'' (so-called ''Luhansk People's Republic'') "people's militia" was eliminated in the city of Luhansk, Censor.NET reports.

"The head of the ''LPR'' People's Militia Colonel Oleg Anashchenko killed in the explosion of a car in Luhansk,'' the statement of the ''militia'' press service reads.

Earlier, it was reported about the explosion of Anashchenko's Toyota SUV in the center of Luhansk. According to the report, two people were killed in the explosion.
