The activists of the occupied Donbas blockade put up a tent near the presidential administration building, at the crossing of Bankova and Instytutska Streets in Kyiv.
At first, the police officers would not allow to bring the tent fastening. MP Semen Semenchenko interfered and helped the activists to get the fastening through the police perimeter, Censor.NET reports.The protesters expect bringing up a larger tent and barrels for campfires.
Earlier, the adviser to the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Yurii Tandit said Ukrainian companies operating in occupied areas paid 31.7 billion hryvnia ($1.17 billion) to the state budget in 2016.
