SBU seizes Russian flamethrower Shmel dropped by retreating militants. PHOTOS
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has registered another fact of Russia's military presence in the territory of Ukraine.
Censor.NET reports citing the SBU press center.
"On the combat positions of Ukrainian troops outside Zaitseve village in the Donetsk region, SBU operatives seized a man-portable flamethrower "Shmel" that had been abandoned by "DPR" militants retreating after a clash with anti-terrorist operation forces. The flamethrower is not in service with the Ukrainian military and, according to experts, belongs to the armed forces of the Russian Federation," the SBU says.

As also reported, one more abandoned Shmel flamethrower was seized by Ukrainian security officers in late February in the area of Avdiivka.
