Russian militants mortar-shelled Avdiivka, hit private house, - National Police. PHOTOS

The Russian militants continue committing mortar and artillery strikes on Avdiivka’s residential neighborhoods.

Censor.NET reports citing Communications Department of the National Police of Ukraine.

"The shelling again covered the old part of the town today around 5 p.m. One of the projectiles hit the house at 31 Turhenieva Str. The woman who was inside the house during the strike miraculously managed to bounce out and avoid injuries," the report reads.

The criminal proceedings into the incident were initiated under part 2 of article 258 (terrorist attack) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
