Lawyer Edem Semedliaiev said on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
"Activist Remzi Bekirov has just been detained. He is accused of allegedly posting a forbidden material on his VKontakte page. Article 20.29 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation [production and distribution of extremist materials - ed.]," he wrote.
