A sniper of the terrorist organization Donetsk People's Republic opened fire on a civilian car in the Donetsk region.

Head of the Zaitseve civil-military administration Volodymyr Veselkin wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

"It's crazy! A "DPR" sniper is fighting with civilians... (on the way to Zhovanka)," the official wrote and added photos.
