Russian security forces detained two more Muslims after the morning raids on Crimean Tatars' homes in occupied Bakhchysarai.

Photographer Seitumer Seitumerov, who got beaten with batons outside the house of Seidamet Mustafaiev, wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

"The searches, the use of physical force against civilians and shooting were not enough. Police started to pursue two more Muslims across the town and detained Ametkhan Umerov and Aziz Azizov. They were taken to the Bakhchysarai district police department. Even lawyer Dzhemil Temeshev was not allowed inside. It is worth noting law enforcers threatened and insulted them," he said.

"We've been messaged that Aziz Azizov, a classmate of Seidamet Mustafaiev, was taken to the area of Rubin market and district police department. He managed to inform us their car [driven by Ametkhan Umerov - ed.] had been chased. Aziz and Ametkhan are currently being taken to the district police department," Mumine Saliieva, the wife of arrested Crimean Tatar Seiran Saliiev, wrote on Facebook.

"Today, April 13, at 2:30 p.m., trials of Seidamet Mustafaiev, Eskender Memetov, Shevket Abduramanov, Mustafa Abduramanov, Remzi Zudiiev, Midat Muzhdaba, Ametkhan Umerov, Aziz Azizov will start in Bakhchysarai," she added.

In turn, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said: "The occupier persecutes, intimidates all those who disagree with the occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. We'll inform our partners and strengthen international pressure on the Russian Federation."
