SBU detains group of ATO zone arms traders. PHOTOS
Security Service agents have apprehended a group of men involved in trading weapons and ammunition brought from the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area in the Donbas.
Censor.NET reports referring to the SBU press-center.As noted, one of the group members was detained during an attempt to sell a Kalashnikov rifle with cartridges.
"During simultaneous searches at the places of residence of malefactors in Odesa, Khmelnytskyi and Chernivtsi, law enforcers discovered a lot of weapons and ammunition stolen from military depots," the message says.











A criminal proceeding has been instituted on the fact. Five detainees, including the organizer of the group, have been charged with committing crimes under several articles of Ukraine's Criminal Code. An investigation is underway.
