Rada regulation committee supported lifting immunity of MP Dobkin. PHOTOS

The committee found the motion "sufficient, justified, and founded," acting head of the committee Pavlo Pynzenyk said.
At the same time, the committee said that the motions for detention and arrest of MP Dobkin are justified but ill-founded.
All three decisions by the committee will be sent to Rada Speaker Andrii Parubii.
Law enforcers say that Dobkin's activities bear signs of deliberate collusion of a group of persons with the purpose of abuse of office and assisting fraud aimed at seizing 78 hectares of land plots in Kharkiv worth more than 220 million hryvnia ($8.46 million).
