Osmanov hasn't got in touch with his parents and friends for three days now.
This was announced by Crimean Tatar Volunteers group on Facebook, Censor.NET reports. The group pleaded for help from people who live in Alushta (city in Crimea) or who might have seen Rustem Osmanov (pictured below).
They say Ruslan went missing several days ago. He visited his parents in Alushta and was returning home to Izobilne. He took a ride with someone and promised to call back as he returns home. But he never did, nor called.
Osmanov might have traveled with his new acquaintance Arman, volunteers said and added they were praying for his return.
Since Russia occupied Crimea in 2014, repressions against Crimean Tatars increased significantly on the peninsula.
