In Avdiivka

In Avdiivka, I learned about some amazing and unforgettable events.

In Avdiivka, two drone operators of the 110th Mechanized Brigade miraculously survived a direct hit by an air bomb, dug themselves out of the debris, returned to the base and refused to be hospitalized "because we cannot leave our people behind."

I saw from a drone how an assault group of Russians attacked a house where two of our fighters fought to the last, the house burned down, and no one surrendered. "There are only two of them left there, because there are not enough people." The Russians could not enter the house because the operators, who have been sleeping no more than four hours a night for months, bombed the assault group with volunteer drones.

Then I saw our wounded soldier being taken prisoner from another position that the enemy had captured yesterday. "Probably someone from the repair company." Yesterday, the enemy posted an interrogation of our captured fighter from the repair company, and his comrades commented: "they were told that everyone who can hold a rifle is needed to defend Avdiivka now, and they left because we need to hold these streets to the road, and these old men left, most of them died in battle."

All day long I saw how desperately our people are fighting for Avdiivka, in what conditions, how they literally lack everything, and they ask volunteers to buy them weapons and supplies that the state does not provide, because the state does not have enough money and prepared supplies to defend Avdiivka, and so the heroes pay for this lack with their blood.

And in the evening, I saw an investigation by Bigus.info about how other servicemen, 30 career officers of the SBU's DPNS, healthy, well-fed, driving good cars that the state gives them, using money that the state gives them, spend three days in a Kyiv hotel during the war, illegally installing video cameras in the bedrooms of female journalists.

And I thought that those who did this, and those who sent these trained SSU officers to a hotel when elderly repairmen are forced to fight to the death in the trenches of Avdiivka, and those who find money for illegal surveillance, for hotel rooms, lunches, cover cars, cameras, and do not find money for cars, drones, antennas, cameras, and electronic warfare for Avdiivka, are real shameless scum and traitors to Ukraine.
