Criminal group in government is acting against Chervinskyi
7 years ago, at exactly 6:00 a.m. on February 8, 2017, Lieutenant Colonel Roman Chervinskyi, the SSU’s 5th Department dialed a phone number. He was calling the phone that was near Mikhail Tolstykh, call sign Givi, the commander of the assault battalion " Somali" of the Russian Armed Forces, a terrorist who killed and tortured Ukrainian prisoners of war. It was the last call in Givi’s life. At the same moment, a powerful explosive device placed under the bed blew the terrorist to pieces.
This is one of the most famous and successful liquidations of Russian terrorists in the occupied territories during the war for independence.
This was not the only successful SSU operation led by Chervinskyi.
Colonel Chervinsky is now illegally detained on the order of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. SSU investigators and prosecutors of the Office of the General Prosecutor's Office, on the order of the President's Office, falsified a criminal case against Chervinskyi, which does not contain the crime itself. And for almost a year now, judges have been inventing various pretexts to illegally keep Chervinskyi in custody.
Yesterday, one of the key witnesses, an SSU officer, whose testimony also fully exonerated Chervinskyi, did not appear in court again, as he again received an urgent assignment. And Chervinskyi was again imprisoned for two months, the term was extended because once again the SSU did not allow its employee to testify. Because this testimony would have exonerated Chervinskyi.
In other words, the question in Chervinskyi's case is not even whether there is a crime at all - the question is that the authorities do not allow a citizen of Ukraine, a military man who has received state awards, to defend himself in court, depriving him of his rights guaranteed by the Constitution.
Zelenskyy, with the help of Yermak, Tatarov, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Security Service of Ukraine and judges, is openly breaking the law and violating basic procedural norms. A real criminal group in the government is acting against Chervinskyi, violating all the norms of the law to restrict the freedom of a Ukrainian citizen for their own political ambitions.
This is very shameful. This is yet another chain of lawlessness by which the current government is trying to destroy those who do not like it.
