Six questions to authorities in case of Krupa, Servant of People: which chiefs should be fired and checked for links to corrupt family?

Author:

крупа

This story demonstrates the extent of corruption and bribery in the Ukrainian government during the war. Judging by the circumstances, Krupa did not share the money with anyone, which raises the question of how state leaders and law enforcement officials allowed multimillionaire officials to enrich themselves openly for many years.

Tetiana Krupa, the head of the regional MSEC (Medico-Social Expert Commission), who has been issuing certificates of unfitness for military service since the beginning of the war, has been the chief doctor of the medical and social commission since 2008! Under four presidents, 16 years in the same position without change! In 2015, she ran for the regional council on the list of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc but did not win. And in 2020, she ran on the list of the Servant of the People party and became a deputy, sitting in the Khmelnytsky Regional Council. This is especially ridiculous against the backdrop of Zelenskyy's high-profile advertising campaign about "new faces." How much do you think the 60-year-old Krupa, who had spent her entire life in the civil service and had run against Poroshenko before, bought herself a continuation of her work as head of the MSEC and a place as a "new face" from Zelenskyy's party?

Tetiana's husband, Volodymyr Krupa, also worked in the civil service all his life before retiring and was the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional State Financial Inspection and the State Audit Service. It is ironic that Volodymyr is featured in the now legendary video of him lying on the family bed, which is covered with millions of dollars.

Tetiana and Volodymyr also raised their son Oleksandr Krupa in the same way. During Poroshenko's presidency, he was appointed in 2018 to the presidential vertical, to the position of first deputy head of the Khmelnytskyi District State Administration, and this is what he declared the family's assets in 2018:

"Oleksandr Krupa and his family declare three apartments, a pharmacy, five different non-residential premises, a manicure room and a shop. They also own two land plots in Khmelnytskyi, one in Ruzhychanka, and eleven (two hectares each) in Hnativtsi, Khmelnytskyi district. The family declares a residential building in Khmelnytskyi and two country houses in Novoushytskyi district as construction in progress. In terms of transportation, Krupa declares Volkswagen TOUAREG 2013 and Land Rover DISCOVERY SPORT 2016."

Immediately after his mother became a member of the Servant of the People, her son Oleksandr was also promoted to become the head of the regional Pension Fund, and under Zelenskyy's presidency, the Krupa family's illegal income increased rapidly:

"According to Tetiana Krupa's declaration for 2023, it is known that she and her family members have declared four apartments, 16 residential buildings, three garages, and 38 land plots. A 2019 PORSCHE car was declared."

A doctor of a state institution drives a new Porsche! The family of the Servant of the People, a mid-level regional official who has worked exclusively in the civil service all his life, openly owns more property awesomer than most businessmen, and no one was surprised by this, including all law enforcement and controllers!

According to the SBI, Krupa's mother and father kept more than $6.5 million in cash at home, plus jewelry and valuables worth many hundreds of thousands of dollars, but this is only a small part of the property:

"Among other things, they own 30 property units in Khmelnytskyi, Lviv and Kyiv, 9 luxury cars, corporate rights worth UAH 48 million, and a hotel and restaurant complex of almost 3,000 square meters in one of Khmelnytskyi's parks. They own real estate abroad in Austria, Spain, and Turkey. The family has also "accumulated" almost USD 2.3 million in foreign currency accounts."

It is striking that their 37-year-old son Oleksandr Krupa "bought two expensive cars in 2022-2023 as the head of the regional pension fund: Audi Q8, year of manufacture 2021 for UAH 2.1 million and BMW X7, year of manufacture 2022 for UAH 2.2 million."

That is, during the war, a government official buys and drives new luxury cars, and no one is surprised. And this is when pensioners save a penny from their pensions for the frontline.

The total wealth of the Krupa family may reach $15 million, most of which was stolen during the war. I wonder how many businessmen in our country have such wealth and such sums in cash?

The story of the Krupa family raises questions:

1. On the need to conduct inspections of all the leadership of Khmelnytskyi regional law enforcement agencies, the National Police, the SSU, and the BES, which did not notice the activities and wealth of Krupa.

2. The entire management and most of the employees of the MSEC and the Pension Fund probably knew about the corruption schemes of their leaders. But they did not report it, which raises the question of mass dismissals of accomplices and investigation of their activities.

3. All decisions of the MSEC in the Khmelnytskyi region should be reviewed, and data on the number of certificates issued by Krupa should be made public.

4. All other regional MSECs of Ukraine and other heads of Pension Funds at all levels should be audited and their property status made public. Also, the management of the MSEC and the Pension Fund of Ukraine, which are allegedly involved in these corruption schemes, should be audited.

5. The financial and property status of the leadership of the Servant of the People party in the Khmelnytskyi region should be checked, as Krupa's career would not have been possible without the political "backing" and assistance of the local party leadership, and they most likely received their share for covering up for the corrupt family. Servants should reveal who exactly included Tetiana Krupa in the party list. It should also be disclosed who submitted the nomination of Oleksandr Krupa to head the Pension Fund.

6. All the cash confiscated from the Krupa should be immediately transferred to help the Armed Forces, and all their property should be sold for the benefit of the frontline - they put it all in their pockets at the expense of taxpayers.

And when the government demonstrably answers these questions and punishes all those who helped the Krupa to literally wallow in money, it will help increase budget revenues much more than raising taxes on business. After all, thousands of "investment nannies" like Krupa are the main reason for the lack of money in the state, not entrepreneurs.

Corruption and war accounting

At home, Tetiana Krupa, who sells certificates to men to avoid being drafted to the front, was found to have $6.5 million in cash in several currencies and much more in her foreign accounts and real estate.

6.5 million dollars means 4,300 Mavic-3 Classic drones, which are convenient for bombing the occupiers, but they are quickly used up, and Mavic is in short supply. Each such drone in the hands of an experienced operator destroys or wounds 1 to 3 Russian occupiers.

Each of our UAV platoons in an infantry battalion needs at least 30 Mavics per month, optimally 60.

One home hiding place of one MSEC doctor can provide Mavics for a whole month for more than 70 of our battalion UAV platoons at the front.

And unfortunately, this is more than the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine supplied Mavics for the entire Armed Forces in two months! Imagine the scale - the cash of one state doctor is more than the two-month supply of the entire Ministry of Defense during fierce fighting!

These 4300 Mavic in the hands of experienced operators can kill or seriously wound 4300 Russian occupiers. A motorized rifle battalion of the Russian Armed Forces consists of 400 people. This means that the Russian army can lose almost 11 infantry battalions from this number of Mavics!

If we had such a supply of Mavics in Vuhledar, if Krupa's money had been confiscated and transferred to the MoD two months ago, the enemy would have been far away from the city after such losses, and Vuhledar would most likely still be in our hands.

And how many hundreds of lives of our soldiers could have been saved in this way!

So maybe, before Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad are not lost, we should immediately conduct raids on all state controlling and regulatory bodies not only in Khmelnytskyi but also in other cities? Collect Mavics Classic from one head of the MSEC, Mavics Pro from another, Autels from a third, and Mavics 3T from a fourth?

Then, to visit the Servants of the People who appointed this MSEC, those who controlled them, is also not free, as we understand it.

The money that is paid for evading the war to bribe-takers should go to help those who are defending Ukraine and same doctors of the MSEC and the Servants of the People.

I hope that the court will transfer all the cash from Krupa's family as soon as possible for the purchase of Mavic and Autel for the Ministry of Defense.

This is how we will save Donbas with drones and keep the best people at the front.
